Napoleon’s Cartoon – Parti Québécois National Council Meeting

With party leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon (who?) praising their “audacity,” members of the Parti Québécois endorsed a policy of applying Bill 101, the French Language Charter, to the CEGEP system. Meaning francophones and allophones would no longer have the right attend an English CEGEP after completing their elementary and high school education in French.
