Napoleon’s Cartoon – Eastern Canada Winter Storm

During a stormaggedon-like 48-hour period, the province of Newfoundland, Canada was totally engulfed by a massive winter blizzard when more than 70 cm of snow and winds of up to 140 km/h battered the region. Some effects were felt further west.
