Food brings people together in happy times, in sad times and for comfort. This series of compassionate cooking sessions will create space for learning new skills, for sharing stories and favourite recipes of loved ones, to gather with others to know that we are not alone. The program will encourage participants to plan and prepare simple, economical and healthy meals for themselves or others whoare going through a tough time. There will be opportunities to share memories, conversation and meals together.

This event is a series of six sessions on the following dates:

September 9

September 16

September 23

September 30

October 7

October 14

Maximum of 8 participants: please register ASAP to reserve your place!

Registration fee includes all six sessions, including all tools and ingredients necessary for food preparation; participants are invited to bring clean re-usable containers to take home prepared food. Please advise of any food allergies.
