Present Recovery 101: Skills for Starting Recovery on Tuesdays (1:15­2:15 p.m.). Recovery 101 is a weekly group for people starting their recovery. Each week they will select a different topic or skill to explore and practice. Weekly topics will include coping with cravings, identifying triggers and tolerating distress, among others.
