There's something that's just comforting about Mexican fare, and at Guaca & Molé, the food is fresh (and delicious), the portions are big, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

It was date night, so my husband and I decided to check out Guaca & Molé in DDO. To get things started we ordered their classic guacamole, served with tortilla chips, which was very tasty. And we couldn't help but indulge in their mojitos (don't worry: we cabbed it home!). Then we moved onto the main course - I had Fajitas Con Pollo (grilled chicken sautéed with mixed peppers and onions, served with their blend of cheeses, homemade sauce, sour cream and tortillas, and guacamole), while my husband went with the Rajas con Pollo (chicken breast perfectly grilled, topped with roasted poblano peppers, pomegranate, almond, corn & onions and served with Mexican rice and sautéed vegetables). So delish! We would've ordered seconds if we weren't so full - the portions were huge! The way in which they present their dishes was also very appetizing.

I also love the decor of this resto - very fun and whimsical. And the wait staff was super - they explained each dish in great detail and provided us with recommendations. Guaca & Molé also has a great terrace for outdoor dining this summer. It's a great night out with the one you love, your family or even a group of friends.
