Food & Drink: Natrel launches brand new ice cream mochi

A recent press release announced that Natrel is launching all-new ice cream mochis, a Japanese finger food.

In Japanese, mochi means rice cake. It inspired Natrel to create its ice cream mochis, made with 100% Canadian milk. Ice cream mochis are the new mini treat for after a weekday dinner, the ideal new dessert when you have guests, or your go- to gourmet delicacy when you want to treat yourself. Natrel Gourmet ice cream mochis will be the first authentically Canadian mochis produced by Agropur.

This May, you will find them all over Canada with three flavours to choose from: triple chocolate, vanilla, and mango.

Natrel ice cream mochis, lightly sweet and low in calories (less than 65 calories per mochi), will be sold in sharing-sized packs of six at the suggested retail price of $5.99 in supermarkets and superstores.
